Hellbenders
In this project, my group and I went through several phases of planning. First, we needed to choose the animal to study. After careful consideration, we chose the Hellbender, an extremely large salamander at the beginning of the road to endangerment, and later, extinction. Next, we had to research facts about the enormous amphibian. We soon had more than enough details about the animal and were ready to put it all to use by answering questions.
After this, we needed to move on to the main piece of the project: the slideshow. In the slideshow, we detailed why the creature should be saved, why it is endangered, and whatever facts and myths we could find. In total, we had about 20 slides, 10 of which were unusual, as they detailed fun facts and myths about the animal. The slideshow is depicted below, but is unfortunately robbed of the animations which make half of it coherent.

Reflection
In this project, I learned many things. I learned that cooperation means nothing without leadership, and vice versa. I really enjoyed this project as we were able to fully explore a magnificent creature facing extinction. Specifically, I cherished making my slides in the slideshow as I could assemble facts and make them look interesting. However, this project was not perfectly smooth as even the greatest journey is not without stumble. For example, near the beginning, a group member simply decided what animal we were going to study, due to the fact that I could not decide which animal to do. Even so, I wish the group member could have worked with me instead of selecting whatever animal they pleased. I also regret not doing more in the answering questions part of the project. It just felt like a lot of work at the time and I hope to do better in the future. All in all, I really enjoyed this project and learned a lot about myself through my mistakes.
